• Payment information when you purchase a service (processed by Stripe — see Section 5)
• Business name, trademark details, and other information you share during intake
• Checkout intake details, such as your proposed mark, a description of your goods or services, and any application or registration numbers, along with your acceptance of the applicable service agreement
• A logo or design image, if you purchase a Comprehensive Logo / Design Trademark Search (see "Logo and design file uploads" below)

Logo and design file uploads

When you upload a logo or design and proceed to the payment step for a Comprehensive Logo / Design Trademark Search, the file is temporarily processed by our website to check its type and size and is then delivered to the firm's internal email as an attachment so the attorney can perform the search. This delivery happens before the secure payment form is displayed, so the firm may receive your uploaded file even if you do not complete payment. Our website does not permanently store the file itself in our checkout database or in a separate file-storage service. Basic information about the file, such as its file name, file type, and size, may be recorded with your checkout activity. The file is not sent to Google Analytics, and its contents are not included in the information we send to our CRM provider (HubSpot) or our payment processor (Stripe). Once delivered to the firm's email systems, the file may be retained in accordance with the firm's ordinary record-retention practices.

• Referring URLs and session duration
• Device and operating system information
• Campaign parameters in links you follow to our site (limited to utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign), which may be associated with a later checkout so we can understand which communications led to a purchase

• Stripe — payment processing. When you purchase a service, your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Vercel — website hosting. Vercel may log server request data including IP addresses.
• Database hosting provider — storage of contact, intake, and checkout records submitted through the website.
• HubSpot — customer relationship management. Contact details and intake information you submit may be recorded in our CRM so we can manage communications about your matter.
• Resend — transactional email delivery, such as checkout confirmations and internal notifications of new submissions (including any logo or design file you upload).
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics. We send page-view and interaction events (for example, which service a visitor starts checking out). We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, trademark details, or uploaded files to Google Analytics.
• Calendly — appointment scheduling, where booking is offered on our website.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate it. We also use Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the website. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

If you arrive through a link that contains campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, or utm_campaign), we store only those values in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so that a later checkout can record which campaign led to it. You can clear this information at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact and intake information for as long as necessary to provide legal services and comply with our professional obligations as attorneys. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to request that we restrict or cease processing it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
