Make Your Trademark, PLLC provides attorney-led trademark and intellectual property services in accordance with applicable professional conduct rules. Attorney Felicia Altman is licensed to practice law in California, New York, New Jersey, and Washington. Services for clients in other states are handled in compliance with applicable multi-jurisdictional practice rules.

Purchasing a service through this website initiates a business relationship subject to a separate engagement agreement. Payment of the attorney service fee does not include United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) government filing fees, which are separate and paid directly to the USPTO.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Trademark registration is subject to review and approval by the USPTO. Make Your Trademark, PLLC cannot guarantee that a trademark application will be approved, that a mark will be registered, or that third parties will not challenge a registration. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
